***Update - As of the morning of 12/5 the building we were renting space in caught on fire!! Unfortunately, everything looks to be a complete loss based on the water & smoke damage. Normally we are very reserved in reaching out, but have been contacted by multiple people asking how they can donate to our rebuilding process. 100% of all donations will be used to help us build back up our inventory and secure a new location in the community. ***
Help Us Move Out!!! Kaydenz Kitchen Food Pantry is a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization that provides food care package deliveries to the Lewiston/Auburn communities. In February of 2017, our daughter Kayden wanted to start a food pantry to help the less fortunate in our community. We have been running a food pantry out of our home for the past 18 months and have started to out grow the designated space we have in our home. A physical location would allow us to be a more valuable resource in our community. This would allow us to be open for hours during the week/weekend when other food pantries are not accessible. We would also be able to finalize our application to partner with our local Food Bank, by being open to the public. Our goal is to set-up a Free Book Library and potentially expand to offering free clothing racks as well. Our rent is going to be around $700/Month before utilities and we greatly appreciate any and all donations. We are trying to raise enough to basically cover our first 3 months rent to help transition to a physical location accessible to the community. Thank you in advance for your support!!
