Kat's Top Surgery

It's Kat!
I identify as a nonbinary transgender person and I use they/them pronouns. After several years of binding and socially transitioning, I've decided to take the step to get top surgery. This surgery will allow me to function day to day without wearing a restrictive binder. The relief from my daily dysphoria is going to have a huge impact on my life. 

I've scheduled a date in early 2019 and will be traveling to San Francisco to get surgery. 

I'm seeking donations to help cover my insurance deductible and copays, Doctor's fees, flights and accommodations for the surgery, and to help pay my bills for the few weeks I'll need to take off from work. I have an amazing friend who will be traveling with me to care for me after surgery and I would love to be able to pay for his flights as well. 

I do a lot of work in the coffee community in addition to working full time at my cafe job, which means my income is limited and most of it goes to paying my housing and living expenses each month. 

Any amount donated is extremely appreciated. 
I already feel so supported by my community, I'm hoping that with your help I'll be able to access this surgery without going into debt or stressing about the finances.
