Our family and friends would appreciate your donations to Katelynn (18) and Kaylee (17). The girls were involved in the fatal wrong way driving accident on Saturday June 16th on the I-40. Katelynn has had two surgeries, the first for her shattered femur, the other was for her pelvis, thumb, and jaw, they were all broken as well. She also has a broken fibula, but they will let that heal on it’s own. She is in stable condition, talking, eating by herself, and cracking jokes. Kaylee was in a medically induced coma for 5 days with a breathing tube. On Wednesday, Kaylee was taken out of her coma and her breathing tube was taken out, she is slightly responsive. She has a frontal lobe injury, two broken discs in her cervical spine, and some in her lumbar spine as well. Same as her sister she has a broken pelvis and femur, the femur has been fixed with surgery same as Katelynn. She is in stable condition as well. They have a long road of recovery ahead of them and any donations would be greatly appreciated for the medical bills and their recovery.
