Kaleighs stage 4 lupus fight

!!Help Kaleigh Fight!!  As all of you know my sister Kaleigh Weeks was diagnosed with lupus in 2015, since then the years have been spent with her having good days and bad days, some days she could leave the house and come to our family outings and have a great time, and some days she'd be in bed all day throwing up and in tons of pain. Unfortunately we found out her lupus had progressed to stage 4 at the beginning of this year and we recently found out she does need a kidney transplant. Since then her heart has started acting up due to the lupus attacking it and good days are few and far between, sometimes weeks before she actually feels decent enough to get up and get ready and leave the house. You don't have to donate if you don't have it, just share share share if you can. She needs to get to St Judes and we need to get the kidney transplant process started, day by day she just gets worse and worse.
