Founded in 1998 by Russian director Vladimir Rovinsky and American director Lisa Channer, Theatre Novi Most (Theatre of a New Bridge) is based in Minneapolis and combines Russian theatre techniques and traditions and physical theatre methods from the U.S. and Europe. We are committed to sharing the rich artistic heritage of Russian theatre with audiences and artists in The Twin Cities.

As part of our production run of The Seagull (March 4-27 at The Southern Theatre) , we are thrilled to announce that we will bring Russian acting teacher Elena Kuzina from the State Russian Theatre Academy in St. Petersburg Russia to teach two workshops on Michael Chekhov Technique for Twin Cities actors of all levels.

We are still a little short on funds to bring this important teacher to our city and would love your help to meet our goal. Still needed: $1000.
