Save Crystal Jean's Heart & Lung

It's official all the specialists agree. Crystal Jean can't stay at 5,000 feet. Her heart and left lung have clots (again) and she will most likely need a surgery from a surgeon in San Diego at a later date. With her lupus flared and her body not healing everything is twice as complicated.
Crystal Jean will undergo a procedure on the 26th of October which will help determine the plan of action. Luckily the former head of the PE department transferred to Portland and is waiting to take over her care.
First, we have to get the family to Portland where Aaron accepted a transfer in the VA. This will cost us 1250$ just to put in a 30 day notice with our current management company. Even with my medical conditions they are refusing to accept our notice without the 'buy out' payment.
Why are we moving? The lower elevation and moist air is perfect for Sjogrens and Lupus which could help Crystal Jean heal for surgery if it is needed. And it looks like it will be. Her left lung has no blood flow into the tissue lining and there is possibly a clot still stuck in her valve. The two clots in her left lung should also be removed. First, however, we need the Lupus to calm down.
All money raised will go towards moving expenses, travel expenses and getting set up in Portland (deposits, rent, Ext) as well as towards doctor and hospital fees till we meet the deductible.
Money left over after that will be saved for the trip at least Crystal Jean will have to take for the week long surgery in San Diego.
