Tammy Strum Memorial Fund

Donation protected
We are grateful for the support that everyone has provided in our time of need as we grieve the loss of our dear wife and mother, Tammy Strum. We created this memorial fund as a way that people can show their love and support for such an amazing woman.

We do not  have a particular goal in mind (the site required us to pick one). Instead, our goal was to provide a way in which people could pay their respects and offer assistance to our family in a meaninful way. We  greatly appreciate any help that people can provide whether we reach the goal or not. Donations will go directly toward paying for the funeral and associated costs.

Tammy Lee Strum, 57, of East Helena, Montana peacefully passed from this life on February 1, 2016 in her home. Tammy was the eldest of four children born on March 13, 1958 in Murray, Utah to Carol and Dale Norton. She married the love of her life, Terry Strum, in 1977. They were sealed for time and all eternity in the LDS temple in Cardston, Alberta and enjoyed a happy marriage of 38 years. Together they raised three children, Amanda, Michale, and Nathan. Tammy was a talented lifelong artist, known across the United States for her incredible Halloween and Christmas artwork. She gave freely of her time and was well known for her decorating and party planning skills. Tammy also had a passion for gardening and she loved to spend countless hours tending to and enjoying her beautiful flower gardens. She was a dedicated member of the LDS Church and an example of great faith and courage to everyone around her. Tammy was blessed with a wonderful sense of humor and was perhaps best known for her loving devotion to her family. She will be greatly missed!

Survived by husband, Terry, children, Amanda and Taylor Hughes, Michale and Rebekah Strum, and Nathan and Kaydee Strum, grandchildren Benjamin Strum, Kayla Hughes, and Quincey Strum, mother, Carol Martin, step father, Gene Martin, siblings Mike and Velvet Norton and Susan and Paul Walker, as well as her beloved “fourth child” Alfred. Predeceased by her brother Richard Norton and father Dale Norton.
