My nephew Justin was diagnosed with CML (chronic myeloid leukemia) in March 2016, just this past week we found out that it has progressed to AML (acute myeloid leukemia) and he is in blast crisis which is crictical and life threatening without agressive treatment.  Today we found out that he also has developed a 2nd type of leukemia ALL (acute lymphoblastic leukemia). The hospitals where he lives are not equipped to handle the severity of his situation and time is of the essence so he has been transport by ambulance to the University of Illinois in Chicago to receive treatment.  He will be receiving agressive chemo therapy to fight both forms of the leukemia (AML & ALL) then when (if) he makes it through that he will need to have a bone marrow transplant. Justin's Mom and Dad live in Florida so will need to travel to Chicago frequently to see their son and help make medical decisions with him. I am setting up this account to help with travel expenses and medical expenses that may not be covered by Justin's insurance.
