Justice for Raelyn

This is Raelyn. She just turned three years old on June 27, 2016.
Saturday night her mother had a teenage boy watch her girls, and left with no worries. Now I mind you that she had known this young 14 year old since he was a baby himself.
That night he had invited three of his friends over to hang out, without permission from Raelyns mother- and the boy fell asleep. While he was sleeping, the three boys put her in a full washer and after put her into a dryer.
Raelyn was also complaining of her areas hurting. They took her to the doctors and there is evidence that she had been touched inappropriately. Mind you this baby is three years old.
They soon found out that we can not press charges because these disgusting boys are "juveniles". I honestly don't think it matters if they are minors. They did an adult thing and should be treated as such. I am heart broken, and these boys deserve to get punished. Please help the family and I fight this case. Raelyn needs to have justice. To think she is going to scarred for life from this situation.
