Legal Funds Sue The Police And CPS

Recently my brother Connor Fitzgerald was wrongly accused and jailed for rape! Despite constant attempts to plead with the police and the Crown prosecution service to check both the accused an the alleged victims phone, as we knew this would provide evidence of connors innocence, we were fobbed off an told Let us do our jobs’ Connor (19) spent 3 months in a cat B prison was told to expect 8-14 years! Our aim now is to Sue the Metropolitan Police and crown Prosecution Service for non disclosure. There seems to be too many cases of innocent men being tarnished as rapist!
