Justice for Yoshi

We brought our puppy, Yoshi, to Pretty Paws in Burien to be groomed. He was there for 5 hours when we received a call that we needed to come and rush him to the vet because of breathing problems.
He ended up having to be euthanized due to a "strangulation incident" that resulted in a pulmonary edema, from which he could not recover.
We are heartbroken, and sickened, by the lack of any sort of compassion from the owner. She has taken no responsibility, nothing.

Update:

She has hired an attorney saying that Yoshi bit her and caused permanent damage. He was 4 1/2 months old!
Also, she is saying she discouraged a full haircut, but not once did she tell us that, or phone us to come get him. I do not want her to get away with this, so I need an attorney as well.
