Junior needs eye surgery

My dog junior is a cocker spaniel. He's loved by all in my home and he is a good companion. As a cocker spaniel he is susceptible to glaucoma. Last year his right eye suffered from this and my grandmother paid for his surgery. She set aside money to pay for his left eye when it would go. She passed away January 5th, unexpectedly and as a result, all her accounts have been taken and claimed by the state. Juniors left eye became infected with glaucoma mid February. I was able to take him to the vet, they issued eye drops but said in the end he would need the surgery for that eye as well. I am on disability and currently working on it being reinstated, I currently have no income and need help with this. Junior is a great dog, he has a lot of life left in him and he'll be happier with the eye surgery. One of my grandmother's last requests was to have this addressed when it occured, she loved him too. He was her permanent little boy. He's my buddy and I'd hate for him to be euthanized. Any help would be hugely appreciated.
