They were coming down Cemetery Rd. in Bowling Green, Ky, when a truck with a lawn mower trailer attached pulled out, unhinged and swung in front of Addie’s car, swinging them into on coming traffic and resulting in them getting hit head on, and from the side. Addie walked away with minor injuries, but all three girls were left in critical condition. Jude 5, was driven to the medical center in Bowling Green because she was too unstable to be life flighted, and both other girls were life flown to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in Nashville. Once Jude was through surgery and stable enough to be flown, she was air flighted to Vanderbilt as well. All three girls remain in critical condition and are continuing to have surgery’s and medical treatment. None of the girls are currently conscious, and prayers are needed. We are asking for donations to cover the medical bills of the girls, and to also help the parents while they are having to be away from work. Please consider donating, for every dollar will be appreciated.

Hannah has moved to the rehabilitation center as of yesterday! And big progress....SHE is TALKING! Today she said Yes, No, Thank You And she told me I love you and I miss you!!!!! She also used a potty today, and walked back and forth (although it was heavily assisted), she did it!

Norah got to play and have fun tonight at a fundraiser! It was heaven to see her laugh her heart out again. We have another to go to in the morning, and she can’t wait to see her school friends!!!

Tomorrow after the fundraiser, we’re going to get some decorations for Jude’s grave. Norah got to visit it today, and I hadn’t been there since the funeral. It was a heavy moment for us together, but I’m glad we went. We have big plans for decorating until her headstone comes in.

Hannah is eating food! She started actually eating and swallowing on Monday! She’s been eating yogurt and pudding, and soft foods like that, but it’s a huge step in the right direction! She can open toys with her right hand, and sometime this week, she will get to leave this hospital and go to a rehabilitation center, so we can get her up walking, and talking! She is a lefty, so pray we can fully rehabilitate that left side! We installed an app on her laptop for text-to-speech, and while she’s not quite strong enough to type yet, she can click specific command buttons with her mouse, such as, Yes, No, Hungry, Tired, Funny, Want Mom, Want Dad, Pain, I Don’t Know, Scared, Have A Question, etc... if anyone has any ideas for more commands we can offer her, please let us know!

Norah is home! Norah got to go back home on Monday and is starting homebound school today! Monday was her first day without using her walker, and she’s doing great!

Yesterday was the first day we experienced her grief, and it was very hard. She kept realizing she would never get to play with Jude again, and would say “I want to play with Judy!” And she would cry... all we can really do is hold her and say “I know baby” or look at videos of her together. Please pray for her sweet heart and never stop.

I slept in Jude’s bed Sunday night. I woke up in my own, couldn’t sleep, and couldn’t stop crying, so I went into her and Norahs room, and climbed into Jude’s bottom bunk (She wasn’t allowed up top yet. She was so clumsy and little), smelled her pillow and covered up in her Minnie Mouse comforter, and slept through the night. I keep looking for signs, but I really haven’t gotten any that aren’t obviously coincidental. Norah has had signs, Her dad has gotten signs, her Papaw.. but I haven’t yet. I’m being patient though. I love you my Judy Pooty
