A New Life for John and Gracie
Housing assistance programs are setup to support people in my situation. However, most programs in Texas, where I live are currently closed to the application process and the programs I have successfully applied for have a waiting period of at least 2 years.
My goal with this campaign is to secure funds that allow me the opportunity to successfully transition to a better living situation, with a minimal amount left over for utility deposits and basic furnishings.
Please donate, if you can, whatever you can and share this page with as many other like-minded individuals as humanly possible.
I have a follow-up appointment with my Doctor on March 12th. She's going to examine the results of the MRI scan from January. I'm asking for help to cover the visit. Otherwise, I'll have to cancel. Please donate and share this campaign. Thank you.
Vitamin D supplements. My Doctor prescribed these to help suppress my muscle spasms but my Medicare doesn't cover things like this.
A Keyboard Wrist Rest. This will help with my ability to keep my hands steady when typing.
A Mouse Pad with Wrist Support. My current mouse pad is pretty cheap and basic. I need something with a wrist rest.
Electric Razor. Although I have a beard trimmer, I use basic razors for a full shave but I've been cutting my face more often. It would be much safer for me to switch to something with either a foil or rotary design.
Aside from the shaver, each item on this list is under $20, so I'm sure your donations could go a long way in getting what I need. Thanks so much for your support!
I can lay my hands flat on any surface and be fine. My hands only seem to shake and tremble when I'm using my fingers in a certain way, such as holding some objects or texting on a smartphone. Even now, I'm having to be slow and cautious as I type this to avoid too many typos.
I don't know if this is a neurological issue or something else. My sister has urged me to see a doctor. I'd like to go some time within the next week or so. I should be covered for the consultation but I'll need your help to deal with transportation and any prescriptions I may need to get filled. Please make a donation and share this post.
