Update: I applied for many loans, talked to many people. And there is nothing I can do to keep this house. I have had to list it to sell.
We have had massive amounts of debris taken out of the yard that was left by my ex. It speaks of his illness. We are now sitting tight, and trying to survive this period.
Many expenses are coming up, I am selling anything I can from the house for food and other neccessities. A lot of money has had to go to the clean up. So. Any help is still appreciated. If enough comes from the sale, we will have a place to go. If not? We shall cross that bridge when we get to it.
Thank you to everyone who has helped us this far.

I really thought about posting this. ......A lot of things have happened to us over the last few years. This seems to have brought it all to a final attempt to either save my home, or leave with somewhere to go.
I am trying to get some funds together for some legal help/financing to either keep my home, and if this is not going to work, some money to move my little family.
My ex husband took out a business loan, last year. He has missed payments since (my guess) Oct/Nov. He has been having a lot of health issues. ( I am just going to leave that alone here)
He never told me that the loan organization (Community Futures on the Sunshine Coast) was taking him to court. He never told me they won by default.
I found out on Tuesday the 18th of April that my home was to be sold as of April the 27.
I hope to have some legal footing, and am also hoping that there is some way to get some help. I will need funds for the applications to the court, maybe a lawyer or a notory. I have no clue. I am going to be on the phone a lot.
In the meanwhile, we need to sell off everything we cannot keep, and I am alternately, trying to get some financing to pay out the debt before the 27 of April.
My little family: My girls aged 23, 11 and 10. The 11 yr old is a fabulous artist, and clever bean. My littelest has been diagnosed with Autism, she needs more attention. She is also Awesome. My oldest daughter, is my rock. She struggles with some things however, so she needs to be with me. She takes care of her sisters while I work, and I would be totally lost without her.
Our wonderful dog, a border collie that lights up all of our lives.
Me. Mom. The grown up in this situation. :) I am going to try to be the woman they need.
Like I said, I had to think about posting this. The woman they need needs to swallow her pride and reach out so they have a place to live that is safe and warm. I hope we can keep our youngest member of our little family with us. I have no way to tell you the harm it would cause them to lose their puppy.
If we have to move, they are already bereft at the thought having to leave, their old friend Mika, (another border collie) buried under the apple tree.
I have to decide what is the best way to proceed here in the next two days. I need help. I have a job, but it could never be enough to hold back this tide. I figure if anyone has even $10 or $15 to help us out even. It adds up quickly. Thanks and much love.
