Luke and Kira's flood assistance

I would like to reach out to anyone and everyone to ask for your help, not for me, but for my brother and sister in law, Luke and Kira. They lost their home and everything in it, in the historic flooding this past weekend. Their home was located on Burwell Lane next to Gills Creek, in Columbia, South Carolina.
Thankfully and very gratefully, they were rescued by the Fire Department with my 5 year old twin neice, Collins, and nephew, Lucas, and their dog, Maybelle. Their cat, Gato, has not yet been found, but they are still holding out hope. My brother almost drown, trying to get out safely, as he was in shoulder deep water. He had his cell phone on him, which was completely ruined.
They lost both of their vehicles in the flood, as well.
Although they have insurance, it will never cover the cost of replacing the contents of their home. As with most disasters, any financial assistance is slow in coming through.
If you are able to give, Luke and Kira have asked for gift certificates to stores like Target, Wal Mart, Bed Bath & Beyond, where they can buy the essentials for thier family. They are currently staying with my parents. If you would like to send gift certificates please contact me so I can give you my parents mailing address.
They have lost everything, but remain thankful that they escaped unharmed. This will be a long, difficult time for them and any and all donations would be greatly appreciated.
