As some of you know Christine has been fighting a debilitating illness since October. Her constant vertigo has caused her to stop working, driving and even stop her from playing guitar. Walking, sitting or standing has become an everyday struggle for her, “If you're lucky enough to have never felt this its like you're constantly on a rocking boat or if you spin on the spot a couple of times and try to walk forward - that's how I feel 24/7” – Christine Yeong. Not only does she now have no income because of this illness but also has been spending all of her money on countless doctors appointments, MRI’s, physio and neurologists. Christine has already spent $2,000 of her own money mainly on physio that she feels isn’t working for her. She has just seen a dental/TMJ (temporomandibular Joint Disorder) specialist and feels this TMJ diagnosis is more likely the correct diagnosis. For her to get the correct treatment she now has to spend an extra $3,000 for an orthopaedic splint that should cure her.

 

If you donate to Christine you will be helping her pay her medical expenses – but that’s only if we get to the goal of $5,000. If we exceed the goal this will help with her loss of income. As a friend of Christine and a fellow band mate I know we all want to see her back on her feet ASAP, shredding on stage and getting to do all the things that she misses doing. She’s been feeling a bit down lately and I’m hoping this will cheer her up a bit.
