Journee thats turned into a Miracle

Conjoined twins are approximately one out of 200,000 live births. A 40 to 60% are still born 35% survive one day and with a 5 to 25% overall survival rate.

For journee and miracle brooks who are turning 2 have beaten a lot of odds. born joined at the chest and abdominal cavity, they shared the same liver and shared some of the same heart structure. At seven weeks old and a successful eight hour surgery was done to separate the two. with such a complex surgery also meant a long road to recovery.
Just before turning two years old miracle was able to come home with the help of medical devices and medical staffing. Journee is still waiting for her chance to come home.

Being a single mom Jasmine has fought every day for her baby girls. Since miracle has came home, Jasmine had to take a leave of absence from work to take care of her. We're asking for help with medical equipment and medicine for miracle and also help with a few bills so they don't lose their home.

With every dollar that is donated it will help this family out. Jasmine plans on returning to work once she gets both her girls home and the medical staff and equipment she needs and knows that her girls will be taken great care of.
