Josh Wheeler's memorial fund

On the morning of January 6th 2017 our beloved brother in Christ and friend was hit by a drunk driver while on his way home from work. And today, January 9th he made heaven his home. Please consider helping us raise money in efforts help his family offset the cost for his medical bills and final resting arrangements. On behalf of Josh's family, we thank you in advance for your financial support and prayers.

Josh was a compassionate soul, with a servants heart. He was a Sunday school teacher, a youth pastor, and EMT. These were just a few of the many ways that Josh had touched so many of our lives But most of all Josh was our friend. He always looked for ways to make us laugh and feel welcomed. His love for God and his family was like none other. Next to that was the love for the children's and youth of Baton Rouge. Josh has touched and influenced so many lives in his short 26 years of life. And we will never forget him.

Yes we may be mourning now because we will miss our beloved brother, but he is not in our past, he is in our future. One day soon we will see him again. In the mean time my brother, rest easy in the arms of God.
