They don't know when the next bag of food is coming or if they'll be able to afford to save a rescue's life.
Small shelters ran by caring individuals like you and me don't know if they'll be able to provide food, medical care, or shelter for all the pets they're rescuing every day.
Hundreds of puppies, kitties, and loyal pets have only one goal in mind: to love you more than they love themselves. Unfortunately, most of them are starving and in need.
According to the ASPCA, Approximately 6.5 million companion animals enter U.S. animal shelters nationwide every year. Of those, approximately 3.3 million are dogs, and 3.2 million are cats.
Hi, my name is Kris Rotonta. I'm a pet Entrepreneur and pet lover.
My passion for animals and their endless and selfless love drove me to start a charity and rescue 4 of my own.
Today I'm asking you and all the pet community for help to me achieve an ambitious goal.
Pets have always loved their humans unconditionally. I want to show rescue animals all over the US that unconditional love by giving them what they need the most; a safe and humane place to live.
I recently lost the creature that I loved the most in this world, Jordan. My best friend and loyal companion for 11 years.
When Jordan came into my life, she was 3 years old and had been to many shelters. At this point I'm more than sure that I didn't save her, she saved me.
During her final days, she battled cancer that spread to her heart. Those were the most painful days of my life, but even then, all she showed me was love.
After her passing, I made her a promise. I'd help pets in need so that they could live meaningful lives spreading love and joy into the hearts of the people that adopted them.
Help me give shelters the peace of mind they'll be able to feed their furry guests for many months to come.
I'm going on a journey with my dog Smoochie and a Uhaul to deliver food to small shelters in need all over the US.
This is a goal that only the help of a loving and caring community like the pet community, can achieve.. Help me show the world that with enough support and passion we can accomplish anything we want.
Let's raise $1,000,000 to give shelters in need enough food and resources to help the animals they're rescuing.
A fed animal is a happy and healthy pet, and happy pets are more likely to get adopted.
You're not only providing pets with shelter, food, and health. You'll be giving them a safe environment for adoption so that they can spread their love to more humans, making our world a happier place.
To show you my commitment, I've donated $13,157.90 of my own money to buy food. I'll be delivering it in person to the first shelter in November.
The first round of donations is for Rosco P Coal Train's Community Outreach ran by Debby F. and her helpers.
She cares for a minimum of 120 pets at any given time with little no help.

As more and more donations come in, I'll be hitting the road to make more deliveries. Just like Rosco, there a THOUSANDS of other small shelters in need.
