John Rush's Cut for the Cure!

My name is John Rush, I'm a professional football player for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. When I was 9 my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer, and that still remains the scariest time of my life. Since then two of my aunts and countless other women across Canada have been diagnosed. For the past 3 years, I have been growing out my hair in order to donate it to someone that needs it due to chemotherapy treatments. I was thinking, why stop there, why not help find a cure for cancer so no one will ever have to endure chemo treatments and lose their hair again! That's exactly what I plan to do. This sounds like a lofty goal yet I'd rather try and cure it than sit around and watch those I love suffer. All donations will go directly to the Canadian Cancer Society and their fight against cancer!
