Jody Lafko Fundraiser for Cancer

Imagine how devastating it is to hear the word cancer, imagine the exhilaration of beating it only to hear it again seven years later. This is precisely what Jody Lafko has experienced. This dedicated mother of three, who is hardworking self-employed member of our community, now finds herself at the beginning of her second bout with melanoma. Along with fighting for her life, Jody has incurred over $100,000.00 medical expenses since her October 2014 diagnosis. The treatment is rigorous and exhausting and will continue through 2015.

With dignity and grace Jody fights her fight at home, assisted by two of her sons, Ryan and Boden. By making a financial contribution we too have an opportunity to assist and give back to Jody as she has given so freely in our community.
