I was privileged to go on a mission trip to the Dominican Republic in 2009. It changed my life. I was struck by the dire need of the people for medical attention and the difficulties getting it.
Upon returning to the states I retired from my job and began nursing training. I completed training in 2014 and went on a mission trip to Haiti. At that time I saw shown a clinic that has been closed for years and is in need of reopening.  I am excited about the opportunity to do that and to be of service to the Haitian people as long as God gives me health to do it.
