Sharif Elnaggar and Wendi Mills are victims of a hit and run that occurred September 26, 2015 in South Bend, Indiana. They are parents of two small children. Please help us raise funds to offset medical expenses. Their road to recovery will be long and hard. Wendi is in stable condition. Sharif is still in critical, but stable, condition. The extent of his injuries still remains to be seen.
