Send Kičevo Kids Back To School

My name is Simona Tomeska. I was born in Kičevo, Macedonia. I was 8 years old when I moved to the United States. Most of my family is living  in Macedonia. 

For the past several years, school has been stagnant for children in Kičevo. I have three young cousin's ages 7, 7, and 13. I was appalled when they first told me that their schools have been shut down. They stayed home from school for a few weeks at a time, several times. 

The schools have once again closed their doors and sent the kids home. The children's education should not suffer from the lack of financial support to keep the school's running. It's not right. The schools are closing because there is no electricity. 

Although I can't be there to do anything about it, I want to do everything I can to make sure they get an opportunity at a stable education. I want to make a difference in their lives and help to put them back in school.  

This fundraiser is to raise money for the school systems in Kičevo, Macedonia. I set my goal at $5,000, but I hope to raise as much as I can. I invite you, if you're reading this to help put these children back in school. Every dollar can make a difference.
