James D. Kerr was a loving, caring, and generous man. He had a heart of gold. Jimmy would have given the shirt off his back to anyone in need. He taught everyone the true meaning of what unconditional love meant. Jimmy was a hardworking and exceptional father. Over the years Jimmy has been dealing with a lot of medical issues, being financially unstable and not having a permanent place to reside. This sudden, unexpected tragedy has left us unprepared. We're reaching out to all family and friends for help with the funeral services. Any donations would be greatly appreciated.
