Help me pursue my ACSM Personal Training Certification!
This has been a delayed dream of mine. But, with extra encouragement from my cousin (xoxo), the time is now.
My goal was to complete this by Jan. 2014 while I was building a business, but my mom had a heart attack & subsequent quadruple bypass surgery and my life took another 360! Life just stopped....and it meant I had to put my dreams on hold and cherish the time I had, and now continue to have, with my mom. Her journey has been a whirlwind. My closest family & friends know that she had 2 more heart attacks following bypass surgery, for a total of 3. I am a different person because of these events but a better person for my family. My mother is a fighter and will soon be starting Cardiac Rehab. Her new committment to a healthier lifesyle is a symbol that IT IS NEVER TOO LATE.
What makes your heart beat? YOU! We all want to be healthy no matter how much bad food we eat; we know deep down inside that we can do so much better, and some of us need a trainer or a coach to get them there, and that's WHO I WANT TO BE.
Personal Training GOAL: Balance! I want to teach my future clients Effective, but FUN ways to help them reach or maintain their health & fitness goals within a busy lifestyle. If I can juggle 2 jobs, a newborn, single motherhood, while becoming a vegan and searching for babysitters plus working out, YOU CAN TOO!
With me by your side, you will always have time to MAKE TIME to become a Healthier YOU!
