Presley the Pug's Cataract Surgery

Presley's cateract has gotten progressivley worse. It hurts me to look at his cloudy eye knowing that I can't afford to have it fixed. 

It's gotten to the point where he can't see things on his right side. He's only six years old and I don't want to see him go through life like this.
It will require a 300 mile trip as there is no vet that can do it in the area where I live.

I've had many dogs in my life but, Presley is the best little buddy I ever had. 

Any help would be appreciated and Presley would like to thank you too.

It may take awhile to get there but, I'll keep trying to help him anyway I can.
