Help Jessica Get A Service Dog

My name is Julie and I am trying to raise some money to help my 11 year old sister, Jessica get a service dog. She has a condition called chiari malformation, where the brain tissue extends into the spinal canal. She also has scoliosis. She has many challenges including pain, vision problems, muscle weakness and issues with balance.

A service dog for Jessica will be trained to perform tasks such as;
Provide balance assistance
Comfort during any pain
Help her in social situations
Relax during any stress
Retrieve and carry items
and also will provide constant companionship throughout the years.
