Jesse Barr Quadruple Bypass Fund

Hi, I'm Jessica, the eldest daughter of Jesse and Karen Barr. The purpose of this Fund I've started is to help raise funds for my father's medical bills. They do not know I am doing this and will most likely be upset I am taking this action because they are the type of people that love helping others yet never request aid in return.
This has been an extremely difficult year for my family. My mom had to stop working last year to take care of my Grandma, who unfortunately passed away earlier this year. She recently found a job and was going though training for it; however, due my dad's sudden illness she must again put work aside to be with my dad.
My dad has been the sole provider in their household. They have been trying to catch up on bills as he worked out of state away from his family. He worked long hours 6-7 days a week. After not feeling well and going to the hospital, he found out that three arteries were 100% blocked and the other two were 80% blocked. He will require a quintuple bypass surgery. The surgery is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 18th and he will require at least 6 weeks of recuperation.
My mom and sister flew to Colorado to be with my dad, which is adding to the list of ongoing expenses being incurred. Not only will they have to deal with my dad's medical expenses and loss of wages, they are still paying for my younger sister's medical bills from a car wreck she was involved in a few months ago.
My parent's heath insurance is setting them back over $1000 a month and will increase to over $2100 next month since they have individual coverage. This insurance policy though extremely pricey does not cover a lot and they do not own any supplemental insurance policies that cover the loss of wages.
We are all extremely grateful for any donations received to reduce the heavy burden they are dealing with along with prayers for my dad's speedy recovery.
