Hey My Name is Jermaine Terry. I am on- going treatment for Autoimmune Hepatitis. Autoimmune hepatitis is a disease in which the body's own immune system attacks the liver and causes it to become inflamed.
At the end of October, I noticed some strange pain across my upper belly. However, I thought it was just something that would go away over a time but the pain increased in intensity. I went to a local doctor that took me from work for a week .I tried to return to work but after one day my Job put me on a Personal Medical Leave (unpaid) for 30days. Insurance won't cover me so, I had to pay doctors visits out of pocket. After having persistent pain and no relief I went to the ER and ultimately ended up in the hospital for 6 days. With that being said the charges were adding up and I am not able to work because of my current condition. I need all the help I can get. I have no income coming in and bills to be paid one at $37, 613.  If you could help me out no amount is too big or too small. God Bless!!!
