Jeremiah was injured in a high school football game Friday night.  He is at University Medical Center Jackson on ventilation with fractures in C1 & C4 vertebrae.  

Medical expenses will be costly, Mississippi has always been a caring state and we are trying to help the family by covering some of the medical cost.
