Jeremiah needs to see psychiatrist

My names Jeremiah Isaiah Humphrey. I am 28 years old and live in central Georgia, USA. I have recently been diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder, Panic Disorder, and Chronic PTSD after having two mental break downs that put me in a crisis center (where I was diagnosed) since October 2016 to January 2017.  Contributing factors for my mental illnesses, I was mauled by 5 dogs out of a pack of 13 that surrounded me as a teenager, while walking home from a friend’s house and the recent loss of my support system (Family). I was blessed with a large, loving, supporting family that due to unrelated tragedies have passed away, all that is left is my wife, uncle, and I. My small family has no means to help me seek the psychiatric help that I so badly need. I go to therapy for 5 dollars a visit every other week but I need more advanced psychiatric help. My mental illness prevents me from working and I am in the process of a disability claim to help me with seeking psychiatric help, but that may not be approved until December of 2018 or at all. I'm in need of a psychiatrist to help me function in society again.  Constant panic attacks are crippling. I am a surreal artist who rarely leaves his home. I intended to set up a Go Fund Me to accumulate the financing needed to show my art work at a local art festival next year when I started having an attack just thinking about being around so many people.  It dawned on me to set a page up for the mental health treatment I need. I would much rather get back to work then having my wife work so hard barely paying the bills  (part time customer service associate, grocery store). I wish I could sell enough paintings to save up the money, but though my art work is highly complimented it just doesn’t sell. Any bit of your kind-hearted charity will help my family and I greatly.
