1LT Jeffrey Cooper died in Kuwait this weekend. He was an amazing Soldier, Leader, and Friend who has left behind many to carry on his memory. We would like to have a memorial made and placed for him at Fort Benning, GA where he completed Federal OCS Aug 21, 2014.  Remaining funds will be donated to the Global War on Terror Memorial Foundation which is advocating a memorial on the National Mall for our fallen heros.
