My name is Jaspurr Carrot and I was rescued from the side of the road by my monkey mam (MM) on her way to work.
I had been hit by a car. She picked me up and took me to the vets. A lovely vet called Mel looked at me, took x-rays and discovered that although I have no broken bones my injuries included nerve damage to my right side, especially my front leg. It is very floppy at the moment and since I am only little, it's not too much of a problem.
It may get better as I recover but if it doesn't I may have to have it amputated.
MelVet has agreeed with MM that she can take me home so that MM can give me the TLC that I need.
So MM is asking can you please help a little kitty to get better? Any money not spent on me, or if MM manages to get over target she will donate the extra to Animal Concern - West Cumbria, a local animal charity so they can help other animals to find their forever homes.
