I am keeping this campaign open for an oven.
A nice large steaming deck oven is the goal, however I could benefit from a double oven, even a used one. I am setting a reasonable goal of $2200 or $1400 over the cost of the mixer.
I bake all my bread within hours of selling at market and more oven space will greatly increase my production during that time, baking time.
I will continue to put 10% of my bread sales weekly towards this goal until it is met.

I discovered my love of making bread in a well equiped bakery. When the bakery closed I was discouraged to continue bread making in our poorly equiped home kitchen. It has been two years and I have fully realized my need to make high quality bread. I have taken a few small steps and started bread production in my kitchen. My kitchen and equipment are still not adequate. What I have produced has sold out every week at our local farmers market and has been met with praise! I want to do better and more, I want to grow my business. This is going to require some expensive equipment. Specifically a high capicity dough mixer and steam injection deck oven, as well as some odds and ends.
I am going to break down the full goal into smaller goals.
First goal amount is $4000 and will buy the mixer with three phase electric connection, a new work surface, a refrigerator and some bulk proofing boxes.
Second goal will include the oven.
Third goal could be a stand alone and or traveling bakery. !
