Jason Juneau Memorial

Donation protected
Jason Juneau, a cherished husband, loved father, hard-working son and incredibly unselfish brother, nephew and friend was unexpectedly called home to be with our Lord on Sunday night May 20, 2018 at 39 years old.  There are no words to describe the loss we are feeling as his family, nor can we describe the hole left in the hearts of those who knew him.  Jason was kind, caring and would do anything for his family and friends.  Never would he say "No" and nothing was ever too much trouble.

He leaves behind a beautiful wife Jessica and their two young children, Jaylin and Jacob.  He would not want them burdened with such unexpected stress, so this fundraising page is an attempt to honor his life and spirit by being as unselfish and caring as he has been to those around him his whole life.  A young family is never prepared for a difficult event such as this.  Anything we can do to help support them would be a blessing.

The funds raised will be used to offset funeral costs and help his wife Jessica and their children manage their expenses while they adjust to life without Jason.  It will be a tough time and a long road, so if you are unable to donate – please leave a loving memory or comment for Jessica and the kids to read and be reminded of the positive impact he had on so many lives.

Jason’s visitation will be held on Thursday, May 24 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. with Mass immediately following. The church is located at 12369 LA-416, Lakeland, LA 70752.

Please share, God bless you all.

I AM FREE
Don’t grieve for me, for now I’m free,
I’m following paths God made for me
I took His hand, I heard Him call
Then turned, and bid farewell to all

I could not stay another day
To laugh, to love, to sing, to play
Tasks left undone must stay that way
I found my peace … at close of play

And if my parting left a void
Then fill it with remembered joy
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss
Ah yes, these things I too will miss.

Be not burdened… deep with sorrow
I wish you sunshine of tomorrow
My life’s been full I’ve savored much
Good friends, good times
A loved one’s touch

Perhaps my time seemed all too brief,
Don’t lengthen it now with undue grief.
Lift up your hearts and peace to thee
God wanted me now
He set me free.
