Jason Stefano Medical Costs

$2,003 of $15,000 goal

Raised by 34 people in 7 months

Jason Stefano was involved in a serious head on collision early July 2nd while routinely on his way to work. It was caused by a drunk driver going the wrong way on interstate 295, and resulted in both vehicles erupting into flames. Thankfully, Jason survived this horrific accident, but he has been left with life altering and critical injuries. He has already sustained multiple surgeries (shattered pelvis, broken bones/ribs, broken ankle and internal injuries) and will require many months of therapy.

As a loving and devoted father, Jason has three young children that rely on him each and every day. With many months of rehab ahead, being unable to work, and day to day living expenses that will indeed continue; Jason could really use some financial assistance from this great community. Any consideration will greatly be appreciated.

This accident was very unexpected, as many life altering events usually are. Please consider giving to this fund to help ease Jason's financial burden as he starts the long journey to recovery from this very unfortunate event.
