A couple weeks ago, my son was viciously attacted by a group of males. He was knocked unconcious and they severely damaged his face. There were six fractures in his face including shattered eye sockets and his top jaw was detached from the rest of his skull. There's also damage to his lips and three of his teeth, root and all, were kicked out.  These injuries were suffered because he stepped up and kept a girl from being assulted by a man. The repair required a five hour surgery, where metal plates were put around his eyes and in his mouth to reattach his jaw. We are raising money for the repair of his teeth, surgeons are recommending implants, traveling expenses, lost wages, medications as he does not have health insurance.
