Jammin' For Jim Cancer Fund
Jim Robichaud was diagnosed with bladder cancer in 2017. He and his wife, Judi, did their best to take this challenge head on. They fought courageously through multiple stages of treatment and recovery before eventually opting for surgery to remove Jim's bladder, prostate, and appendix.
Within months, the devastating news came that he had developed a new and even more aggressive tumor between his esophagus and stomach. Once again, Jim chose to bravely battle this affliction. The intense medical challenges have left them with heavy financial burden. With their blessing, their family has taken on this mission of love and hope-- to help them stand strong and continue fighting.
A military veteran, a caring father, and an incredible musician-- Jim has shared his love for music with the community of Maine since the 1960s; bringing crowds far and wide. His instrumental and vocal talent has been widely featured over the years on both stage and local television-- in bands such as Blue Destiny, Starlite, Nite Song, Mariah, and more. For a man who has performed in the name of charity for others, it is our greatest wish that we can return this gesture of compassion in his time of need.
