Jamillah Colliers Homegoing

Jamillah Ramona Collier was a beautiful young lady full of life. She was a senior in HS at Eleanor Roosevelt High and planning to soon head off to one of the 3 HBCU's she was accepted to. Jamillah's smile and laughter brought utter joy to her family and friends and her abscence is greatly felt. As her big cousin it breaks my heart to see her taken away from us so soon and to know that I could not protect her. Her life was ended early Sunday Morning at the tender age of 17 because of ignorance and gun violence. We would love nothing more than to send her home to God like the beautiful princess she is. Planning to bury your child is difficult for any parent to face. Jamillah has 8 sister's and one brother she left behind. Our family has been rocked tremendously by this tragedy and we are asking for those of you who are able to donate whatever you can. No donation is too small and we greatly appreciate and thank you for it in advance.  Her service is tentatively set to the end of next week.
