James Bills

James Edward Bills, life was taken on January 1, 2016 at the age of 20 in Dinky Town near the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities Campus only a few days after his 20th birthday. His mother is buried in Illinois and we would like to rejoin them, as she passed away when he was just a child. James was a devoted brother, uncle, cousin and friend. He was hardworking and committed to being employed. He was always there when you needed him and was a selfless person.
