Transgender, Homeless, & Disabled

Hello everyone, I'm James, and I'm here on behalf of myself and my boyfriend Jasper. We're both transgender, autistic, and disabled, as well as struggling with homelessness. We're here asking for help, because we've tried everything and are barely getting by. Please read our story.
We're both in the process of getting away from abusers, recovery, and trying to find some stability somewhere. We've tried all the shelters, LGBTQ+ centers, local and not so local allies, and so far nobody has been able to help us find housing.  We're literally only surviving because of the donations we get, for which we are both extremely grateful. Donations very often bring us to tears, so please know that we mean it.
Things we are currently in need of, aside from shelter, include:
- Food, water, and our medications
- First aid kit or supplies
- Mace, as neither of us is particularly big, and we get harassed a Lot
- Water bottles (the kind the can take some wear and tear)
- We sometimes like to buy gift cards for fast food places in small amounts for those time when our food stamps run out and we can't find food any other way
- Walking shoes
- Personal hygiene products; toothbrushes, deodorant, etc
- Getting a phone somehow
