James Medical Transportation

Hi. I am Lisa Raisor. I am trying to raise money to help James King, my fiance, with medical transportation.

James King has been a part of the Paducah, KY community all of his life, though for the last few years he has been bedbound and unable to walk. His weight and health issues  have kept him inside and unable to enjoy the activities he loves the most.

James recently found a doctor located in Texas who may be able to help his cause. Due to James' size and medical issues he cannot travel by plane or even a normal car. We have been advised to get a "Bariatric Ambulance" to take him safely to Texas.

So far we have a doctor and a place to live, but getting there is the only thing holding us back. James' insurance has denied our request for medical transport, we are now trying to foot the bill ourselves. We hope to raise about $10,000 to cover this cost (Ambulance and travel expenses.) 

We know it's short notice but we are trying to get to Texas ASAP, James' time is running out and he can't afford to wait any longer.

Asking for money is hard to do,  we are so thankful for anything you can do and James will be too!
