Jahsun

Jahsun A. Patton was visiting family in Harrisburg, PA for Thanksgiving when he was fatality shot and killed. Jahsun was 18 years old, a Senior at Boys Latin Charter High School, a honor student with a 3.5 GPA and a football player. He loved football and had a passion for helping others.  Jahsun had received two acceptance letters for college and anticipated that more on the way. He was a natural born leader to his peers, he loved to joke around, rap and could hold a tune singing. His smile was infectious and would light up a room. One of his teachers described him as, “a bright student, a creative artist, instinctive athlete, and compassionate human being.”

There are no words to properly describe the magnificent person we lost, there is no way to describe  the way our family feels at this time, Jahsun is survived by his mother Maxayn Gooden, 23 year old brother and 8 year old sister.
