Jade's Funeral and Family Expenses

Hello everyone. On the night of June 7th, 2019, our lovely friend Jade was taken away from us. At only 25 years old, she touched so many people's lives just by her laughter and her smile. I was a very close friend of Jade’s and met her when she got here from Vietnam about 6 years ago. Along with Angie and Mai, I was one of the last ones to be in contact with her the night of this horror. I found out the next morning around 8:40 am and knew I had to do something about it. After talking to Mai, we decided to create this Go Fund Me account. This will cover any expenses incurred for services for Jade’s burial and any expenses her mom and brother need to cover while they are here. Anything left over will be given to her mom. Jade was a great source of financial support to her and would have wanted it that way. Since I created this account and her mom and brother do not have U.S. accounts, I will be withdrawing for them to my account and covering their expenses via cash or credit card (depending on what I can use to pay). Mai is also aware of this and has been in contact with her mom and brother, who are also aware of this. Since this was very sudden, we are trying to help the family as much as we can.
