Jack's Car Accident Support Fund

Hello folks,
My name is Jack, some of you may know me online as Cider Barrel.
This week I travelled to Leeds to help my friend vend at UK PonyCon. While driving my friend home from the convention, we got into a head on collision with another car, which resulted in the airbags deploying and my car being written off. Thankfully the driver side of the car took most of the impact, so while we were both very shaken up, I'm very thankful that we both walked away from the incident with minor bumps and bruises. Really the best I could of asked for when this incident occured.

Thankfully both the police and passers by were very quick to respond, even helping to move the car. I was checked further at the hospital and we are going to our local GPs to get a check up as we are both quite sore.

Thanks to the help and support of the staff and fellow vendors at the convention, we went back to the convention the next day to finish what we started. Throughout the day folks came to wish us well and offer their help.
We were so grateful for everyone around us. You're all lovely, and I couldn't ask for a better community to be in.

After some nudging from friends, I have created this page as this incident has left me with a large financial burden, and without any transport. I am sadly stuck with the insurance claim paying out very little.
I don't normally ask for help, as I'm too stubborn that way, but this has pushed me to the limit.
I'm asking for assistance despite my pride any amount to help me get back on my feet, and back onto the road again.
