Jack is sick *Medical Info Included*

Everyone who's been to Moto's house has grown to love the dog Jack. He's one of the best dogs I've ever met. I'm sure most of you would agree. 

Well, he's recently gotten very sick with a heart tumor and requires medical treatment totaling about $10k. Until recently he was still very energetic so he's still got a lot of life left in him!
