Save us from eviction

At the beginning of 2016, I lost my job as a Systems Administrator due to a disability that made it extremely painful to walk or stand and the medication for the chronic pain that came with it. I simply could no longer do the work. The job required driving all day, walking around client locations, and serious problem solving and concentration that was not longer possible in the brain fog the huge amounts of medications caused that barely even made it possible to stand the pain. 
   A few months later, we lost all our savings and maxed out our credit cards trying to save my Mother-In-Law from a sudden diagnosis of cancer. She was gone 6 weeks after the grand mal seizure she had in our house that led to the discovery of the stomach, lung, throat, and brain cancer that took her from us. We started a GoFundMe at the time to help us carry out her final wishes, but it did so poorly we still haven't been able to take care of them. 
   Since then, we have struggled to keep a roof over our head while dealing with my new disability and everything it prevents me from doing. We have received letter after letter and fine after fine from our property management company, tons of overdrafts, and additional fees from constantly being late with everything just trying to catch up from the tragedy of losing my wifes mother

   We had just barely finally gotten caught up and on top of the bills two years later when I found out that the two government contracts I won in order to go back to work were being cancelled due to budget cuts the mayor/city made to the company that was going to employ me. We essentially lost an entire years wages from those not happening.
   Add to that, cuts in funding to the assistance programs we use to stay alive, cuts over 3k$ of the little bit of money we receive to live on from my wife student loans, extra doctors bills from dealing with my disabilities, and extra emergency costs that we just weren't able to budget for.
     Unfortunately, we've already borrowed 1.7k$ to make it this far from the only people that can help, and were unable to pay that back when we said we could because everything go cut back and cancelled unexpectedly. That money's been due for over 2 months now.

   So, we have no money to get me back to the doctors, register the car with the dmv, or pay rent or any bills next month. I'm not even taking into consideration anything for our 5yr olds Christmas as we just plan on skipping it this year because there's just no way we can make anything happen for her. 

   Anything you can do to help will make a huge difference to help our little struggling family make it to the end of the year when we get any kind of funds again. Hopefully by then, the mayor will rebudget my employer back to where those projects can be funded again and I can move forward on them.

We owe:
1700 from personal loans
750 for rent
140 for car and renters insurance
~300 to get current with the power company
135 to keep the internet on so if those contracts happen to come thru I can work them, for my daughters schooling, my wife's University classes, and so I can look for more work.
~200 for DMV registrations plus late fees.

   As you can see this doesn't cover food, shoes and clothes for our little girls school year and winter, gas for the cars, or any unplanned expenses.

Please help.
Please help me keep a roof over my 5 year olds head and keep us from falling devastatingly behind again after trying so hard.
