My son Tanner was involved in an ATV vs. Pickup truck accident where he was riding on a country dirt road and he ran through a stop sign and hit the side of a truck at about 50 miles an hour. He sustained a traumatic brain injury, collapsed lung, broke his clavicle and his whole right side is semi paralyzed. Tanner was in a coma state for three weeks and in the hospital for three months and spent six months at Madonna Rehab in Lincoln, Nebraska. He still continues therapy. With a lot of therapy and will power, Tanner has progressed tremendously. He loves to hunt and fish and is hoping to be able to raise enough money for a track chair which would allow him to get out and do these things he loves.
